The Audit Senior position is a significant role within the firm, offering the opportunity to work with a varied client base and to be part of a dynamic and highly professional team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for audit and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing audits for a diverse range of clients.
*Preparing and reviewing audit planning and work.
*Ensuring audit files have all relevant documentation on the appropriate section.
*Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team.
*Liaising with clients to understand their business and to manage expectations.
*Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
*Continuously updating knowledge of audit regulations and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
*Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
*Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
*Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
