Are you a Sales Leader who has proven experience growing and developing a Sales team, either in the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar technology based function? They are looking for UK based candidates, who can help lead and guide this winning team to even greater heights. They offer fully remote working conditions, with regular social meet ups.
The ideal candidate, for this Head of Sales opportunity, should have a successful background selling Salesforce or CRM solutions into a UK markets work.

As the Head of Sales for the Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for growing and managing the existing sales department. You’ll be responsible for developing a strategy for growing the sales team, hiring talented Sales Executives, and managing them to hit and exceed targets.
As the Head of Sales you should have:
- A proven background in developing a sales growth strategy
- The ability to forecast sales pipelines
- A background in being a sales line manager, including hiring, motivating and nurturing a successful sales team of around 5 or more
- Excellent communication skills
This Head of Sales role, would be suited to someone with experience in growing and developing a successful Sales team either within the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar CRM.
