Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to join our lettings team in our busy Weybridge office.
As the Lettings Assistant you will be assisting the team with viewings, registering, and managing applicants, handling telephone and website enquiries, and assist with the day to day running of the office.
We require somebody dynamic who can use their own initiative and display a positive “can do” approach to the role.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires high energy and a willingness to get stuck in and help whenever necessary with a varied workload in active and busy office.
• Organising and carrying out viewings as required and providing feedback.
• Applicant management, including registering, qualifying affordability, matching to current properties and building rapport.
• Keeping up to date with Savills research and the local market conditions and share that knowledge with clients and tenants.
• Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other Savills departments.
• Comply with the ARLA Propertymark ways of working, strict Property Ombudsman & RICS ’Code of Practice’, as well as keeping up to date with all new lettings & estate agency legislation, where applicable.
• Efficiently deal with all landlord and tenant enquiries.
• Assisting team with property matches and applicant call outs.
• Progress deals through our system Reapit.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident in liaising both internally and externally
• Initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Maintain a professional manner at all times
• Self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• An interest in property and knowledge of the area would be desirable
• Clean UK driving licence with own car
