Job Purpose *Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets
*Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters effectively
*Escalate complex queries to Partners, work closely with the senior leadership team
*Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training
*Preparation and review of year-end accounts
*Support the firm’s business development strategies, including networking
*Regularly review processes to implement more efficient ways of service delivery
*Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager

The Successful Candidate *ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*Relevant experience within UK practice environment
*Adept at using accountancy software
*Technically competent across the Microsoft suite
*A can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
*Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively
*Good communication and advisory skills
*Confident working alongside senior management
