Job Purpose *Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets
*Preparation of accounts for Limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
*Preparation of personal and corporation tax returns
*Preparation and reviewing of VAT returns
*Oversee bookkeeping, offering advice where necessary
*Build trusted client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters effectively
*Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work and providing training

The Successful Candidate *ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*Qualified by experience also considered
*Proven track record of managing a portfolio within practice
*Adept at using relevant accountancy software, including Microsoft Office
*A can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
*Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
