Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
*General warehouse duties
*This is a vital role in preparing plastic trays for re-use in the distribution of food items to the supermarket.
*Loading and unloading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt
*Manual handling
*Other tasks will involve the recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading them from cages into a baling machine. The work is physical so you must enjoy work of a physical nature.
Shifts: Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
*Day shift (6am until 6pm): £11.50 per hour (unpaid breaks) ? after 12 weeks £12.23 (paid breaks)
*Night shift (7:30pm until 5:30pm): £13.50 per hour (unpaid breaks) ? after 12 weeks £14.46 (paid breaks)
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative are:
*Day shift: 06:00am until 16:00pm
*Night Shift: 19:30pm until 05:30am
