SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT ACCOUNT HANDLER

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS DAY
*Responsibility for the retention of your client portfolio
*Building and enhancing both external and internal relationships
*Building relationships and facilitating and converting unprompted enquiries
*Negotiating mid-term and renewal terms
*Growing the team’s existing business income through retention
*Ensuring client data security and privacy is maintained at all times
