Job Description:
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefit Operations Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee total Benefits administration such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives
*Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market
*Act as primary point of contact for any queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary
*Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements
Requirements
*Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
*Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
*Excellent communication skills
