Teaching Assistant | NG12 Cotgrave | 95-100 | Long term to Perm | ASAP
Long term futures is on the lookout for dynamic and creative Teaching Assistants to join our alternative education community! If you’re passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you! You’ll work closely with dedicated teachers, provide tailored support to students, and help maintain an inclusive and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing individual and small group support to students in both academic and co-curricular activities.
*Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
*Supporting the well-being and development of each student.
*Encouraging student independence, resilience, and confidence.
*Contributing to the school’s ethos of excellence and innovation
Ideal Candidate
*Must have worked in a school or with children within the last 5 years
*Teaching assistant level 2 or 3 qualifications
*Resilient attitude, ability to be flexible, be reliable, creative and enthusiastic
*Flexibility and creativity in supporting diverse learning styles and needs.
To Be Eligible For This Role You Must:
*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
*Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
