Job Title: HR Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
*Manage the day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings to onboarding, training hiring managers on interview process
*Advising managers on HR best practice and employment law
*Regularly collate and build reports on HR data and metrics, to present to the board and support the HR strategy
*Manage payroll and benefits, benchmarking and going to market for competitor
What is the company looking for?
*4-6 years’ HR experience
*Experience working in a small HR function or standalone role
*CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
*Strong and effective communicator, written and verbal
