My client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Revenue Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Project Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Revenue Accountant and client-facing teams in revenue recognition, project invoicing, and maintenance. Responsibilities:
*Implement and ensure compliance with internal revenue recognition policies
*Partner with client-facing teams to handle finance-related project matters, including client setup, project setup, budgeting, and invoicing
*Assist the Senior Revenue Accountant in analyzing financial information to identify project risks and key elements
*Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Client Managers to review project status and update system information
*Generate reports to review and track Retainer and Fixed Price Revenue Recognition
*Create invoicing plans and ensure timely issuance of invoices based on contract terms
*Review unbilled projects and resolve invoicing issues in collaboration with client-facing teams
*Prepare WIP reports, manage WIP, and escalate any issues before they become aged

Requirements:
*Fluency in English
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
*2+ years of previous experience in revenue recognition
*Studying towards an accounting qualification
*Familiarity with financial systems (experience with Maconomy is desired)
*Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
*Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
*Comfortable working in a continuously changing environment
