Are you a talented and ambitious Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently looking for highly skilled individuals to join a dynamic Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in our client’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

ROLE

*You will engage in high quality engineering and construction work including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR.
*You will have the responsibility and opportunities to develop rewarding and sustainable client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
*Scotland qualified lawyer.
*7+ years PQE.
*Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes, and advisory work.
*Must be commercially aware and have strong technical knowledge.
*Be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
