Job Description:
Based in Clerkenwell, this great architecture practice has a brand-new role as a Facilities Assistant in their premises.
The successful candidate will work within the Facilities Team to assist the London office to operate at a high level of comfort and safety throughout each working day. You will work with and report to the Facilities Team Lead.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the up-keep and presentation of the office is to a high standard, troubleshooting any issues, carrying out a routine daily H&S walk round, managing heating and cooling throughout the office, maintaining, ordering and distributing office supplies, ensuring technical equipment is set up as needed, and more.
You must be educated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent) and should have some experience of working in an office or customer service role. You should be proficient in using MS Office suite.
