Job Description:
LEGAL ASSISTANT – REGULATORY, LOCUM, 12 MONTH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, LONDON, UP TO £14.84 PER HOUR. A reputable organisation are seeking an experienced legal assistant to support their Investigation & Enforcement team on an interim basis for circa 3 months. Job ref: 7599
This temporary assignment plays a crucial role in supporting the Investigation & Enforcement team by organising and managing both physical and digital office files, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
•You will organise and compile evidence bundles while coordinating both internal and external meetings, including team gatherings and sessions with external stakeholders.
•The organisation is looking for an experienced legal professional to join their team for a three month period.
•The ideal candidate will have strong legal administrative experience with excellent diary management and document management skills.
•You will have gained at least 12 months of experience within a legal environment handling similar tasks, such as bundle preparation, filing and diary management.
•This role requires the candidate to be available to start work at short notice.
