Job Description:
Internal Sales Executive | B2B | £35k + £15k OTE + 5% bonus
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting high-growth business in Norton Canes. This company have a vibrant and modern office space with 80 employees, having grown to a £30m turnover.
In this role you will be an integral part of the sales department, helping to drive the sales pipeline forwards. After your colleagues in the field have met with prospective clients, you will use phone calls and emails to directly follow up and guide the next steps towards their onboarding as a new customer. Further responsibilities will include preparing accurate quotes, sales reports, and organising samples. This role does not require cold calling and would suit someone from a background in customer service, account management, sales support, internal sales, or sales admin.
Salary: £35k + £15 OTE (paid monthly, scales up to 24k for high performance) + 5% of salary bonus (paid quarterly).
Location: Norton Canes, office based 5 days per week.
Duration: full time/permanent.
