Sales Account Manager
Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission OTE £55K+ Yr. 1
Leicestershire
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client accounts. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing high value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service whilst driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually
*Acting as the first point of contact ensuring all customers’ needs are met
*Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, cross selling, attending networking events, exhibitions etc
*Ability to understands the portfolio
*Collaborating with production and logistics ensuring SLAs are adhered to
*Provide quotes and oversee the processing of customer orders.
*Work towards and achieve both business and personal targets.
The candidate
*A proven track record in sales and account management.
*Confident and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.
*Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
*Strong communication and influencing skills.
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*E-commerce experience is preferred
