Job Description:
NEW JUST IN - My clients seeking an experienced Project Specialist (Oil and Gas) for their Aberdeen branch!
Duties would include:
*Dealing with all modes imports and exports
*Receiving and checking purchase order details from customer
*Main point of contact for clients
*Liaison / expediting with suppliers regarding goods readiness dates/terms of sale
*Arranging collections and deliveries
*Arrange packing of cargo as required
*Requesting/receiving/checking export documents from suppliers
*Consolidation of cargo for export by all transport Modes
*Booking space with carriers
*Tracking and tracing shipments
*Other duties as required and commensurate with the position
Key Skills
*Previous project experience within oil & gas
*Good knowledge of all modes of transport- imports and exports
*Outstanding knowledge of UK customs procedures and regulations
*Proven experience of heavy sea freight and project cargo
*PC literate
*Project freight experience
Working Hours:
*Monday- Friday 0900-1730
