Our client
A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Working in their busy customer service team you will act the first point of contact for existing customer needs.
The role
*Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
*Managing multiple inboxes ensuring emails are picked up in a timely manner
*Processing orders
*Overseeing logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
*Investigating damaged product claims ensuring photos and details of claim have been captured correctly
*Liaising with suppliers to ensure order is accurate and built to spec
*Providing goods in team with updates when to expect deliveries
*Ensuring CRM system up to date with customers notes
*Update pricing matrix
The candidate
*Passionate about customer service
*The ability to understand a technical product
*Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
*Ability to liase with multiple departments
*Confident
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to multi-task
*Strong work ethic
*Comfortable working within a busy team but can also work independently
