Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a fantastic local business to recruit a Quality Controller to join their team. This role will require you to work collaboratively within the organisation in a positive, supportive and proactive manner.
Responsibilities
*Responsible for control checks on all products
*Responsible for filling in QC paperwork
*Ensuring all deviations and errors are rectified proper to manufacture and delivery
*Leading by example and motivating the workforce to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and efficiency in order to achieve the daily production requirements
*The Quality Controller must be able to respond to daily challenges, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications Required
*Experienced background in Quality Control, ideally within manufacturing or construction
*Self-motivated and results driven
*A strong work ethic
*Knowledge in Precast would be advantageous
