ROLE
*Manage a diverse portfolio of property litigation cases, with a focus on landlord and tenant disputes, rights to light and restrictive covenant issues.
*Provide tailored legal advice on complex property disputes, collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
*Represent clients in various forums including court hearings and mediation sessions.
*Advise on leasehold enfranchisement and real estate development disputes.
*Work closely with senior team members to devise litigation strategies that align with client goals.
REQUIREMENTS
*4-6 years PQE in property litigation, ideally from a recognised law firm or real estate practice.
*Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, rights to light, easements and property insolvency matters.
*Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail in case preparation.
*Ability to manage client relationships confidently and provide practical, business-focused advice.
*A team player with a proactive approach and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
