Interim HR Business Partner/ Senior HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an impactful, short-term opportunity? My client, a leading manufacturer, is in need of an Interim HR Business Partner to support their people strategy while they recruit for a permanent role. If you’re ready to hit the ground running in a hands-on environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing: As the Interim HR Business Partner, you’ll provide essential support to the business, ensuring seamless HR operations during this transition. You’ll collaborate with managers and teams to drive HR initiatives that keep the workforce engaged and aligned with business goals.
*Immediate Impact: Provide strategic HR support to leadership, guiding them on best practices to enhance productivity and team cohesion.
*Talent & Retention Focus: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to maintain a skilled workforce.
*Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and compliance matters, fostering a positive work environment.
*Culture & Engagement: Support ongoing HR projects around employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
*Performance Management: Guide managers on performance and development processes to maintain strong team performance.
About You: *Proven HR Partnering Experience: Experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in manufacturing or production.
*Quick Adaptor: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly understand company culture and processes.
*Strong Communicator: Able to liaise effectively across all levels, from senior management to operational teams.
*Flexible & Proactive: A self-starter who’s able to manage various HR tasks with a proactive approach.
*CIPD Qualification: Preferred but not essential.
