Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
*Student Support: Work closely with students to encourage social skills, self-confidence, and accelerated learning progress across the curriculum.
*Well-being and Care: Support the emotional and social well-being of pupils, providing a safe and caring environment.
