*A qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 12 months post-qualifying experience.
*Experience in supporting children with disabilities or similar settings is highly desirable.
*Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment).
*A passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people with disabilities.
NonStop’s client based near Merseyside are looking for committed, resilient, and creative Qualified Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities and Children’s Transitions Team.
The team is integral to ensuring that children with disabilities receive the right support at the right time. We take an early help approach to ensure seamless transitions for our young people, with a focus on high-quality care, effective partnerships, and continuous learning.
