In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging with new clients and recruiting candidates within this space. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring the best possible match for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
*Source, screen, and select high-calibre candidates through various channels.
*Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and suitability for fintech roles.
*Provide professional guidance and career advice to candidates, helping them navigate the fintech job market and make informed decisions.
*Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs, company culture, and job requirements.
*Develop and maintain a network of stem industry professionals, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market insights.
*Facilitate the interview and offer process, managing the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
*Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication.
