What You’ll Do
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with top-quality service. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day:
*Cultivating and managing key client accounts, providing ongoing support and fostering growth opportunities
*Identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions
*Strategizing and implementing account plans to achieve growth targets
*Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
*Attending industry events, representing the company with enthusiasm and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in account management, ideally from the food and drink sector. Here are the key qualities and qualifications we’d love to see:
*Experience in a similar account management role, ideally within food and drink (beer and craft ale experience a huge plus!)
*Knowledge of export markets - desirable but not essential
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - you’re a natural at building rapport and securing deals
*Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
*A valid driver’s license for client visits and events
