Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Encapsulation Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of electro-mechanical products, including the encapsulation process. Due to the office location, a driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out all aspects of mechanical assembly work, including pouring, sealing, priming, and conformal coating of assemblies.
*Perform routine checks, maintenance, and cleaning of encapsulation machines, compressors, vacuum pumps, and spray booth equipment.
*Plan, progress, and coordinate workload in line with production schedules and internal customers.
*Raise production paperwork, including non-compliance and rework records.
*Ensure all quality procedures for build standards and ESD requirements are followed.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
*Work independently, using BOMs and drawings to complete tasks.
Requirements:
*Ability to recognise electronic components.
*Knowledge of mechanical assembly procedures and modern manufacturing techniques.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
*Driving license: Required due to the location.
