The Role
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic marketing vision, driving growth and establishing brand leadership. This role oversees both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, working closely with a talented team of designers, content creators, and performance marketers to create impactful and cohesive campaigns. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, fostering community engagement, and generating leads, all while positioning the company as a key player in healthcare tech.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a strategic leader, bringing a visionary, adaptable approach to a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
*Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation, continually refining the marketing approach.
*Lead optimisation of the customer journey, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision at every touchpoint.
*Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, setting ambitious targets and driving measurable results both directly and through agency partnerships.
*Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to establish thought leadership within the healthcare tech space.
*Build strong cross-functional and external partnerships, managing content production, events, and partnerships to enhance brand positioning.
*Mentor and guide a social media team to boost brand engagement across key platforms.
*Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting key metrics and campaign outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
*A visionary thinker with a test-and-learn mindset, constantly pushing for innovation and growth.
*Extensive experience in scaling SaaS products, with a proven record of leading marketing efforts from inception to market dominance.
*Strong background in healthcare marketing; experience in the dental sector is preferred.
*Proficient in data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and advanced growth experimentation.
*Skilled with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms for efficient campaign management.
*Demonstrated success in managing LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and make informed strategic decisions.
