My Clients who have been in Wokingham for many years and have a fantastic product and reputation are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a small but energetic and committed team who work hard, support each other, and deliver exceptional results for the business. The Business Administrator will work closely with the Buyer and will provide administrative support to a busy purchasing, production, and sales support team, with a key responsibility being the collation and upload of supplier/customer information, and for ensuring that systems are kept up to date with real time information.
Roles & Responsibilities •
*Keeping the customer and procurement data base up to date.
*Be a key link between Purchasing, Sales, and Production providing administrative support.
*Liaising with suppliers and customers.
*Creating Purchase and Sales Orders.
*Assisting in the development and follow up of Quotations.
Required Skills •
*Strong database management.
*Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time.
*Can present accurate, clear, concise data both written and verbally.
*Good communications skills both internally and externally.
*Ability to problem solve.
*Must be proactive and able to use their own initiative.
The hours of work are 39 hours per week • Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 • Friday 07.30-12.30 •
The Salary is £26-£30K- subject to experience with excellent benefits to include 24 days holiday and on site parking
