Primary Teacher Opportunities in Burton upon Trent
Location: Burton

Salary: £110 - £170, negotiable, depending on experience
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher’s to join our vibrant educational community. The Supply Register are working with John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust and are looking for experienced Primary Teachers to join their exclusive bank of staff. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of young learners, fostering a love for learning in a nurturing and engaging environment. We have short term, long term and day to day position available with January roles available too. ECTs are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities *Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of all students.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
*Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
*Manage classroom behavior effectively, establishing routines and expectations that support a productive learning environment.
*Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to enhance the educational experience and address individual student needs.
*Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and prepare students for the future.
*Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Requirements *Hold Qualified Teacher status
*Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents.
*Experience with differentiated instruction and assessment practices.
*Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
*Commitment to continuous professional growth and community involvement.
