Job Description:
An HR Administrator role in a growing property firm based in Warrington. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the delivery of a professional, internal customer focused HR service to deliver the agreed People Plan in support of the business plan.

Duties of the HR Administrator:
*Provide administrative support to the HR team
*Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
*Maintain up-to-date HR records and employee files
*Manage and respond to HR-related queries
*Assist with the organisation of HR-related events
*Support the onboarding process for new hires
*Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
*Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
*Experience in a HR Adminsitration role
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*Proficiency in MS Office applications
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
