A well-established law firm in Banbury is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Development Solicitor to join their team. Known for delivering high-quality legal services, this firm supports clients with a client-centered, collaborative approach and has a strong reputation in the region.

About the Role:
The Residential Development Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential development matters, including:
*Acquisition and disposal of land for residential development
*Planning and infrastructure agreements
*Joint venture agreements
*Plot sales and development funding
*Strategic land and option agreements
This role is well-suited for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential development work, a strong technical skillset, and a proactive approach to managing complex transactions. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships while working in a supportive team environment focused on professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing all aspects of residential development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and funding
*Advising clients on planning, infrastructure, and development matters
*Handling a varied caseload with autonomy and precision

About the Candidate:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in residential development law
