We are now working with a US headquartered global investment fund. They have a superb track record of investing in global real estate, and have one of the biggest real estate investment portfolios amongst all investors in the class.
They are now looking to recruit an Analyst to their London team, who will work in on the Analysis of credit investments in the real estate sector.
The focus of the role will be the acquisition of investments in investment and sub investment grade debt which are traded on the public markets. On a day to day basis, you will advise the PMs on credit research, value, price, investment strategy and risk.

The role is best suited for a credit analyst from a buy or sell side firm, who will probably have 1 - 3 years experience in credit research. It would be great if you have at least some experience of the analysis of credit research in the real estate sector.
