Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
*Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario planning
*Shaping financial strategies, providing valuable insights, and supporting key business decisions.
*Create and present insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management
*Collaborate across departments to gather data and provide financial insights
*Support regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
*Assist with internal and external audits
Qualifications and Experience:
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
*Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong academic record
*Experience in asset management or banking in a financial analyst or FP&A role
*Would be preferable if a candidate had in depth experience within the public and private credit market
*Advanced Excel skills
*Knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts
*Experience with financial software (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus
*Adaptable, proactive, and deadline-driven
*Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-focused mindset
