The Role:
*Process and reconcile corporate action entitlements, including collecting fund manager instructions for voluntary events.
*Support the Proxy Voting policy and process effectively.
*Process dividend entitlements for client portfolios, including completing dividend mandate forms.
*Update dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate probate valuations.
*Input instructions related to corporate actions into custodian systems and CREST GUI.
*Analyse, collate, and distribute disclosure data.
*Demonstrate an understanding of the relevant regulatory framework and ensure compliance while practising effective risk management with client outcomes in mind.
Your experience:
*Strong experience in corporate actions and dividend processing.
*Good overall knowledge of securities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
*Familiarity with CREST GUI and custodian systems is a plus.
