Job Description:
Miryco Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading global multi-asset investment manager. The firm is award winning with a mission centred around sustainable investing, and offices globally.
Due to company growth, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their high-performing Investment Operations team on a permanent basis.
The company is a well-established investment house with a collaborative culture, hybrid working and excellent company benefits.
The Operations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
*Act as the main escalation point for the team
*Drive results and accountability for Investment Operations function
*Maintain daily oversight of BAU investment operations activities
*Oversee juniors to ensure daily and monthly reconciliation of investment portfolios
*Calculating, analysing, and reporting on investment data
*Identifying inefficiencies and making enhancements in operational processes
*Create and update policies and procedures on a regular basis; ensure they accurately reflect compliance regulations and system enhancements. Document workflow and systems changes.
*• Provide training to team members as appropriate on new business processes.
*• Continually build technical skills and industry knowledge.
The Senior Associate will meet the following skill set:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience within Investment Operations at a buy-side asset management firm
*Good working knowledge of Fixed Income
*Experience of working towards tight deadlines
*Holds the IOC or IMC, or CFA studies
Location: City of London
Hybrid working: Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri WFH
Salary Range: £65,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus: 20% (Discretionary)
