Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Review term sheets, legal implementation, and debt documents in detail, and conduct comprehensive analysis for negotiations.
*Build, analyse, research, and evaluate financial models and restructuring targets to determine potential impacts on cash flow, returns and other outcomes.
Requirements:
*2-3 years of Leveraged Finance/ Restructuring Investment Banking experience.
*European languages are a bonus (Specifically French, Spanish, and German)
