Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant/HCP Engagement specialist to work for our global pharmaceutical client based in Moorgate, London. The role is a temporary contract position initially signed off until the end of March 2025 with a possible extension and offers a generous hourly rate of up to £19.50 per hour depending on experience, plus holiday pay. Our client offers the flexibility of hybrid working with a requirement to work onsite in London 2 days per week (Tuesday’s and Thursday’s preferred, but this can be flexible).
Duties include:
*Perform all due diligence and compliance checks for HCP engagements in the UK
*Managing the Appian tool as the UK Country Administrator for ABC
*Creating and tracking workflows on behalf of the business
*Uploading and managing of DDQ process for approvals
*Ensuring Fair Market Value is correct
*Completing general administrative activities to support the wider team
*Checking details are correct and complete on submitted forms, including due diligence and FMV.
*Entering details into the Appian system to create the workflow for the business.
*Advising the business once the workflow has been approved
*General administrative activities
Skills and Experience
*Good attention to detail and able to adapt to processes quickly
*Proficient in Word and Excel
*Good communication skills
*Strong administrative skills
*Compliance administration experience advantageous
*Experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry preferred, but not essential
