*Overseeing all finance and accounting functions
*Implementing effective financial management strategies
*Preparing and presenting financial reports
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
*Assisting in budget preparation and management
*Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making
*Managing a team of finance professionals
*Working closely with external auditors
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (ideally 3 years+ PQE)
*Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and transactional work (AP/AR etc)
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Charity experience is ideal
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
*A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 to £65,000 per year
*Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days per week
*Generous pension scheme- up to 12%
