A great opportunity has arisen for a multi-skilled marketing and business development professional to join a west established multi services legal firm with offices around the country.
The Marketing & Business Development Assistant will play a key role in developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive expansion of their business growth, building brand awareness and increasing client engagement.
Role and responsibilities:
*Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print) to enhance the firm’s visibility and promote key services.
*Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping to drive revenue growth.
*Content Creation: Manage the production of high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials, newsletters, client communications, and social media platforms.
*Brand Management: Ensure the firm’s brand is consistently represented across all platforms and communications.
*Market Research: Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that inform business development and marketing strategies.
Skills and experience required:
*Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
*Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms. SEO and related tools.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
*Ability to work independently and communicate well to the wider management team.
*Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying new business opportunities.
