Junior Financial Advisor (Must have qualifications or working towards)
Salary £26’000 - £30’000 per annum
Vibrant Manchester city centre offices
Monday to Friday working hours

A highly regarded IFA firm based in the heart of Manchester offering advice to private and corporate clients (Pensions). The business has been successful in continuing to grow year on year through their excellent training and development provided to their ambitious staff, who continue to flourish.

The Role:
By shadowing their Senior Financial Advisers you will have firsthand knowledge of how to operate effectively as an Adviser. The timescale of progression from Junior Financial Advisor to Financial Adviser is dependent on how quickly you can build a client bank to justify the transition to full-time Financial Adviser. Once transitioned to full adviser, the business would continue to support you through feeding you acquired clients to service, providing back office support and continued mentoring.
The Responsibilities:
*Assisting Senior Advisors in conducting client meetings to gather financial information, assess goals, and provide personalised recommendations
*Preparing financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, and investment portfolio reviews
*Researching investment opportunities and assisting in developing investment strategies tailored to clients needs and risk profiles
*Supporting the preparation of financial plans and presentations for client meetings
*Responding to client inquiries and provide ongoing support to address their financial needs and concerns
*Staying informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients financial plans
*Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to compliance standards
*Participating in training and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the financial advisory field
Job Requirements:
*You should have worked in Pensions and have ambitions to become a fully qualified Financial Advisor
*Experience within pensions
*You should hold your full Diploma in Financial Planning/or working towards (or equivalent)
*You should be proactive to network and generate clients
*Minimum 6-12 months experience in Pensions
