Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, November Start - Hounslow

The Role:
You’ll be working closely with teachers, providing classroom support and leading small group interventions for students on the SEND register. The SEN unit focuses on supporting students with ASD.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with in-class support and lead targeted small group interventions.
*Build positive relationships with students and staff to foster a productive learning environment.
*Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, and EAL.
*Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
*Offer calm and adaptable support, ensuring students’ academic progress.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with young people in an educational or related setting.
*Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Willingness to specialize in specific areas of SEN, such as ASD or ADHD.
*Enthusiasm for supporting independent learning.
Requirements:
*Graduate Teaching assistant will need to beavailable to start full-time in November.
*Committed to at least two terms.
*Hold a degree and possess relevant skills or qualifications.
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
*A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history.
*The right to work in the UK.
