We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an acclaimed entertainment and publishing group in West London! This will be a great opportunity for anyone with 1-2 years experience, looking to get some hands-on finance experience in a media-centric environment.

Responsibilities:
*Raise & prepare Customer Invoices
*Prepare payment journals for review
*Track, allocate, and chase deposits
*Match and apply cash receipts to payment lines
*Resolve held funds and other accounting issues with team members
*Prepare and submit Open Line reports
*Review contracts, schedules and settlements
*Ad-hoc financial transactional tasks
Requirements:
*1-2+ years transactional finance experience (publishing/media/entertainment prioritised)
*AAT or above preferred
*Solid foundational knowledge of accounting and multi-currency transactions
*Advanced Excel skills
*Tenacious, personable, analytical and a strong communicator
