Job Description:
Primary School Seeking Dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Key Stage 1
A primary school - situated in Potters Bar - are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning in Key Stage 1. This is a full-time role from 2nd Dec 2024 - February 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting children with their academic development, encouraging independence, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes of the successful HLTA:
*Support children’s learning, helping them become confident and self-motivated learners.
*Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and commitment to children’s education.
*Exhibit strong behaviour management skills and flexibility in approach.
*Proactively contribute to an inclusive and diverse team environment.
*Able to commute to Potters Bar.
