Job Description:
*Position: Full-Time Food Technology Teacher
*Start Date: January 2025
*Contract: permanent
Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to students across various year groups.
*Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to ensure high standards of learning and achievement.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
*Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
*Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience in teaching Food Technology, preferably within a secondary school setting.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for food and nutrition.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
