A legal 500,  boutique law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join their Property department in London.

Key Responsibilities
*Independently manage a caseload
*Achieve financial and billable time targets
*Possess a strong technical legal background to handle complex matters in a fast-paced setting
*Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes
*Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and referrers
*Develop a business plan, adapting to market shifts as necessary
*Foster excellent working relationships with other teams and engage in cross-selling
*Oversee secretaries and support staff, including conducting appraisals
The Ideal Candidate:
*Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Property law 
*Strong grasp of relevant regulations and processes
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*High emotional intelligence
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work both independently and within a team
*Proven track record of success in property matters
