Management Accountant Day-to-day of the role: *Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
*Analyse financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
*Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and inconsistencies.
*Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
*Engage with stakeholders to report on financial status and progress.
Management Accountant Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
