Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a Sheffield-based business to recruit a dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join their team.
Location: Sheffield
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct precise repairs on motors
*Perform thorough repairs on pumps and gearboxes to ensure optimal performance
*Overhaul and repair generators, maintaining industry standards
*Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
*Complete all tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Requirements:
*Solid background in electro-mechanical engineering
*Experience in condition monitoring is a plus
*Overhead crane operation experience is advantageous
*Knowledge of electrical testing is preferred
