Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Type 1 Fire Risk Assessor to join the Risk Management Team. Responsibilities:
*Conducting Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
*Providing clear and comprehensive fire safety advice to clients.
*Engaging in client fire consultancy, including compartmentation and intrusive surveys, with available support when necessary.
*Supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor by reviewing and ensuring the technical quality of FRA reports drafted by fellow consultants.
*Assisting the Training Department by delivering occasional onsite and online training courses according to client requirements.
Overarching Responsibilities:
*Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other partners.
*Providing effective communication and support to the Head of Fire Risk Management.
*Contributing to securing high-quality revenue and profit growth through the development of new business opportunities.
*Generating personal revenue by delivering Type 1 FRAs, quality assurance, and fire training courses.
