Job Opportunity: Accounts Manager (Non-Audit)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (FTE), based on qualifications and experience
Location: Swindon
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible work-from-home options on Wednesdays. Reduced hours may be considered, but full-time is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Team Workflow Management: Collaborate with the Audit Manager to manage the team’s workflow.
Accounts Preparation & Review: Prepare and review accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships using cloud-based systems.
VAT & Bookkeeping Management: Oversee VAT and bookkeeping services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Team Supervision: Supervise, delegate, and review the work of the team, including outsourced resources in the UK and South Africa.
Client Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with clients.
Project Involvement: Assist partners with ad-hoc project work.
Qualifications & Skills:
ACA/ACCA Qualified: A minimum of 3 years of practice experience is essential (qualification by experience will also be considered).
Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with bookkeeping software, particularly cloud-based systems like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate business insight and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (not essential): Experience with IRIS and MyWorkPapers.
