*Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department in a retail environment.

*Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
*Organise and maintain office common areas.
*Manage internal and external communication, including mail and package delivery.
*Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and event calendars.
*Handle queries from team members and clients.
*Implement measures to maintain workplace safety and manage emergencies effectively.
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
*Proficiency in office management software and systems.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
*Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
